Shipping policy

Payment and Shipping:

 

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees, as well as taxes (SC only), will be added at the end of checkout.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase.

Processing on orders takes approximately 3-5 business days.

5:13 Apparel is not responsible for ANY lost items after your package has reached the post office.

If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS immediately and email us so that we are aware that there is an issue with your order. 

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

Buyer is responsible for all return fees.

We currently do not ship outside of the US.
